SR-22 is a certificate of financial responsibility which is needed to re-establish your driving privileges after a driving infraction such as – a DUI conviction, an uninsured car crash/auto accident.

Almost all states in the US mandate you to file SR22 insurance if you are a high-risk driver or convicted of any moving violations. However, state of New Mexico does not have any SR22 requirement to maintain your driving privileges.
